I am excited to share what I have been working on in addition to raising my first fund as an emerging manager. I have started to build a personal track record in two sectors and have slowly begun to invest in a team. Our two core areas of focus for the next five years will be the medical industry, which is relevant to my background, and infrastructure, including waste to energy, wastewater, and technology that can be applied to multifamily real estate properties.

In the medical sector, I am collaborating with a variety of single-family offices that have a history of taking companies public. With the growth of technology in the healthcare sector, we believe this area will yield great results.

In terms of infrastructure, there is a focus on some real estate, as many single and multi-family offices are looking for opportunities to collaborate with other families. Additionally, some of my partners overseas are interested in investing in U.S. real estate, especially following the recent transition of President Trump.

For waste-to-energy technology, please email me, and I have immediate resources to share. Lastly, as I am transitioning into a more family-focused life, I will be traveling less, but taking on partners to cover the ground where I am unable to go.
